Our XOVA ROPE is ideal for those single and DBL Crossover skipping exercises.
Made from a low-density polyethylene and shaped to neatly fit your hand, it comes with an adjustable 5mm PVC rope with a string core (10ft and fully adjustable to any height).
The 5mm rope provides so enough weight so you can feel the weight and give you feedback while skipping, but is smooth in the air so you can also add speed to increase the intensity of workouts.
