1. Usage: FTP Grips are designed for use during fitness activities, including but not limited to CrossFit, weightlifting, functional fitness, and similar exercises. They are intended to improve grip strength and provide hand protection during workouts.
When dismounting the Rig or Rings, remembering to open the hand to let go instead of sliding off the bar.
When performing movements you will need to learn to relax/open your hands at the top. Improper use or use for unintended purposes may result in damage to the product and/or injury.
